In this blog post I am adressing the subject happiness and bliss. Actually, I don't want to talk about it very much.
I received a small booklet as a birthday present. It contains a collection of small and wise sayings or quotes on the subject of happiness and bliss.
This gave me the idea to write about this topic in my next blog post. Because it is close to my heart to convey that it doesn't take much to be happy.

Bliss / being happy!

I am just writing down my own thoughts here and how I try to be happy.
I once read or heard someone say "to be happy is a choice". I think this saying is very wise and true. A few months ago I actually decided to just be happy. And believe me, it was the best decision I have ever made in my life.
For me, happiness also includes being grateful for what you have and have achieved, where you are and who you are. Furthermore, I believe that being happy means being satisfied with the way things are, who you are and what you have and have achieved.
Being happy is an attitude towards life.
Try it - be aware of the positive things in your life, be grateful for them and be happy in the here and now!
