Hello out there. I am Christina. Welcome to my website! It has been a dream of mine for a while to create my own website .

However, I am still working on finalizing this site.

I would like to use this site to share my joy for life with the the world.

Here you will find information about me and my work as a fitness trainer and yoga teacher. I also publish my journal on this page. In this blog, I will not only focus on fitness and yoga, but also write about what it close to me, inspires me or where I am currently travelling in the world. Because besides exercise and mindfulness, travelling is another big passion. Oh yes, and fashion! I will write about these and maybe other topics on an irregular basis.

So enjoy reading and feel free to write about your thoughts in the comments or contact me if you want to learn yoga or get motivated to exercise!

About me

I have a degree in tourism business and cultural management and in my real life have been working as an assistant to a director at a renowned Max Planck Institute since 2008.

When I was a teenager, I dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer and performing on stage. But unfortunately that did not come true. To get closer to stage and entertainment, I decided to study tourism and cultural management. I have always been interested in travelling and discovering the world. This way I would have several opportunities to turn my two interests into my profession and work either in tourism or in management at a cultural institution - in other words, behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, that didn't really get me closer to stage either. However, I did work in tourism for a few years after graduating and also spent a few months abroad in the south of England. That was a very special experience for me.

Nevertheless, I have danced all my life and I am still very active in dance and sports. A few years ago, by chance, I completed a training course to become a group fitness instructor. Since then I have enjoyed teaching classes in gyms on a part-time basis. Little by little, I have continued my education in dance fitness and step aerobics.

Besides sports and dancing, I have been practising yoga for many years. In early 2020 I started a yoga teacher training in Bali and since August 2020 I have actually been teaching that too with great joy.

Hence, in the end I did find my own little stage, on which I don't really dance, but hopefully I can impart a bit of fun and quality of life to my course participants and yoga students.
