Originally, I only trained as a group fitness instructor (B licence). Over the years, I have continued my education in dance fitness and step aerobics.
I teach toning classes, as well as cardio workouts like step aerobics, old school aerobics and fat burner classes (a mixture of cardio and toning). Currently in Dresden at activ sports premium fitness Studio

Corporate Yoga

Yoga
I have been practising yoga for years. In 2020 I completed a yoga teacher training (200 hours) first in Bali and then online. My focus is on mindful vinyasa yoga, restorative and a bit of yin yoga. In my classes I incorporate breathing techniques and (if desired) meditation and yoga nidra. I use different props according to the circumstances of each student. Because every body is different (and) unique. And yoga should be accessible to everyone. I don't care about aesthetics of an asana. To me the correct alignment of the body according to the anatomical and momentary conditions of my students is what is most important. And not every day is the same either. Some days we feel less flexible or in balance than on other days. This is quite normal and should not get in the way of the yoga practice.
Furthermore, it is close to my heart to convey that yoga is far more than just the physical practice. Yoga is a unique philosophy of life that draws on the very simple, basic and yet so powerful principles of life.
